The Process
From Ecuador to your door
Six steps, fully managed. We handle everything from harvest to customs so your flowers arrive at peak condition.
Place Your Order
Submit your order before the weekly cutoff. Tell us your variety mix, stem count, and delivery date. Your account manager confirms within 24 hours.
Harvest in Ecuador
Flowers are cut to order at our highland farms in Ecuador (2,800m elevation). Cutting happens only after your order is confirmed — no pre-cut sitting in cold storage.
Grading & Packing
Every stem is individually graded for stem length, bloom size, and freshness. Flowers are hydrated, packed in temperature-controlled boxes, and dispatched same day.
Air Freight to Miami
Boxes fly direct from Quito to Miami International — a dedicated air cargo route. No layovers or re-handling that can damage blooms.
Customs Clearance
We handle all USDA phytosanitary certificates, import documentation, and customs clearance at MIA. You receive a tracking update when your shipment clears.
Delivery to Your Door
We coordinate all last-mile delivery from Miami directly to your door. Nothing is on your end — just tell us your address and we handle the rest.
