1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rosie Farms website and wholesale services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Wholesale Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to registered businesses (florists, event planners, hotels, wholesalers, etc.). By submitting an inquiry, you confirm you represent a legitimate business entity purchasing for commercial purposes.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated. Payment is due in full before shipment. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers via our secure Stripe integration.
4. Delivery & Freshness
We guarantee 3–5 business day air-shipment from Ecuador. Flowers are cut fresh within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date. In the event of quality issues on arrival, contact us within 24 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled cut date. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns once delivered unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Rosie Farms and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rosie Farms is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
